Reception for International Researchers by the City of Munich 2016

Already for the third time the international guest researchers, postdocs and professors of TUM were invited to the City of Munich reception for international academics in January 2016. The international researchers were addressed by Josef Schmid (Deputy Mayor, Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Development, City of Munich) and Prof. Dr.-Ing. Michael Kortstock, President of the University of Applied Science, Munich. Afterwards, Dr. Tomas Sanchez Criado, scientist at the Munich Center for Technology in Society (MCTS) at TUM, gave a speech on his expectations and experiences regarding his stay and research in the Munich area and at TUM.

The evening ended with a stand-up reception and the opportunity for an informal exchange with other international reseachers. Thanks to the City of Munich and all the organizers and involved people!
