Reception for International Researchers by the City of Munich 2013

In November, 2013, our international guest researchers, postdocs and professors were invited to the first City of Munich reception for international academics. Held in the ballroom of the Old City Hall at Marienplatz, the "heart of Munich", more than 250 international researchers were addressed by Dieter Reiter (Head of the Department of Labor and Economic Development, City of Munich) and entertained by the dance ensemble Münchner Moriskentänzern. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus Diepold, Vice President for Diversity and Talent Management, was one of the representatives from TUM.

During this event, our international guests had the opportunity to meet lots of other internationals at the buffet and receive material and advice at various information desks provided by the City of Munich. Thanks to the City of Munich and all the organizers and involved persons for this successful premiere!
