TUM São Paulo: Successful at the Access Masters Tour with the TUM School of Management

News, TUM São Paulo | 04.03.2019

From February 23 to 24, São Paulo hosted the Access Masters event, a fair specially designed for Executive MBAs and Masters Courses. Next to Liaison Officer Sören Metz, TUM also had on-site support by Stephanie Kölbl, Admission Manager of the TUM School of Management (SoM).

Sören Metz and Stephanie Kölbl advised about 25 preselected candidates during the Access Masters in São Paulo. There was a particularly strong interest in the Executive MBAs and the Master in Management & Innovation at TUM SoM, but also in the areas of doctoral and master's programs from other TUM faculties.

The presentation of TUM School of Management, which was integrated in the student fair program, was also well attended: around 40 interested parties gathered information about TUM and the study destination Munich. On February 23, Stephanie Kölbl also offered individual consultations in the foyer of the student fair hotel.

Further dates of TUM School of Management in Latin America

Before the fair in São Paulo, Stephanie Kölbl and other colleagues from the TUM School of Management had already visited the Access Masters events in Ecuador, Santiago de Chile and Lima.

During her stay in the Brazilian metropolis, Sören Metz joined her at the visit at TUM partner university Fundação Getulio Vargas' Sao Paulo School of Business Administration (FGV EAESP), a private business school based in São Paulo, prior to the Master Access fair.

FGV EAESP is one of the first Latin American Business Schools to receive Triple Crown certification and cooperates in student exchange with the TUM School of Management. During the visit to FGV EAESP, future joint projects were planned, including the possibility of a double-degree program for the Master in Management & Innovation at TUM.
