The TUM liaison office in São Paulo has been offering this event format successfully in Brazil since 2014. For the premiere in Colombia, more than 80 participants found their way to the Japan Center of the TUM partner university Universidad de los Andes (Uniandes).
In addition tothe advice given by Sören Metz, the candidates also received additional insights from TUM alumna Prof. Dr. Catalina Arevalo Ferro. She did her PhD at the Life Science Center Weihenstephan (WZW) at TUM and was able to pass on her experiences to the interested participants in Bogotá.
Besides Uniandes, TUM also maintains successful partnerships with the Universidad Nacional de Colombia (UNAL) and the Universidad de Antioquia (UdeA).
