During their meeting in Munich, the presidents discussed possibilities for a new research collaboration framework between TUM and Beihang. However, concrete topics and objectives for such format will yet need to be defined under the leadership of the Department of Aerospace and Geodesy in coming months.
TUM and Beihang have been partners since 2007. Since early 2018, Beihang has hosted TUM’s liaison office in China, TUM Beijing, on its campus. More recently, both partners concluded an agreement on the exchange of early-career researchers.
