The Erasmus+ exchange program includes study-related exchanges with selected universities within the EU. To support the Student Mobility Outgoing team, we are looking for two dedicated student assistants for the following work areas, among others:
- Contract administration of partner contracts in the database (MoveON)
- Processing of grant agreements including correspondence with students and data maintenance in the database
- Processing of After Mobility documents of the Erasmus exchange program incl. correspondence and advising of TUM exchange students (outgoing)
- Support in the preparation and implementation of events of the TUM Global & Alumni Office in the context of academic exchanges
- Research on universities, international organizations, funding programs, etc.
- Evaluation and graphical presentation of feedback forms
- Evaluation of final reports
What we are looking for
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Thorough, independent, and committed way of working
- Personal responsibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure
- Friendly manner, service orientation and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel
- If possible, experience in working with databases
- Affinity for administrative tasks
