Going Abroad

TUM stands for a cosmopolitan attitude and international scientific exchange. The International Center offers a wide variety of opportunities for worldwide cooperation and integration, and supports TUM students, scientists and staff members in gaining international experience.

So far, some 1,500 students have been participating in the structured exchange programs offered by the TUM International Center every year.

In addition to programs aimed at students, TUM offers diverse opportunities for scientists and lecturers in connection with stays abroad at various stages of their scientific activities at TUM.

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ program, organizational, financial and practical support for a stay abroad is also available to staff members at TUM.
